Following government guidance, we have introduced procedures to protect our customers and our engineers during the COVID 19 pandemic.
- Our engineers will self-isolate if they, or their families display any of the symptoms of coronavirus.
- Ahead of our visit, please ensure that the area around your boiler is clear and accessible.
- We ask that you maintain a safe distance from our engineers and remain in another room whilst they are working at your premises.
- Our engineers will wear disposable gloves & masks whilst working and will use sanitiser as per the government guidelines.
- We will continue to follow government guidelines and update our procedures as necessary.
If you, or anyone in your family is currently Self-Isolating, please let us know so that we can discuss if our visit can be carried out safely or should be postponed.
